I keep thinking about Uelsmann’s photographs and the world he creates — emotional, irrational, and intellectual all at once. His images seem to come from dreams rather than reason.
My own reality is just an autumn leaf and my favorite tree in the canyon. Yet, even in this simple moment I want to believe that I have touched that “other reality” Uelsmann spoke about.
